Unlike a traditional spa pedicure, this service is designed to address common foot and toenail concerns while providing a relaxing, hygienic experience. Cancellation Policy
Service Policy, Cancellation & Photo/Video Notice Any concerns or issues regarding your service must be reported within 48 hours of the completed service. No exceptions. Refund requests will only be considered with proof of the reported issue. If approved, refunds are limited to 20% of the service cost and are subject to our terms and conditions. Late & Appointment Policy Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their service time and/or service reduced to accommodate the next appointment. No children or additional guests are permitted unless they are also receiving a service. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee per service. No-call/no-show appointments may jeopardize future bookings and will require a $25 fee before another appointment can be scheduled. Photo & Video Notice Photos and/or videos may be taken before and after your service for documentation purposes. Your face will not be filmed or photographed. Images may also be used for educational and promotional purposes, including social media and our website.
